Here are some things that I've been waiting and waiting to finish. Almost there!

So get this...

A man walks into a bar... No, I'm not going there! Starting last night, and all of today, I have decided that it's time to quit my job. Been there over four years and it's stealing my soul; no interest, dead end. But there is SOME fun there. Anyway, show up to work at 6:30PM. Cousin Brad comes over to chat, we hang out, he's on the computer and the owner (Greg) walks in - just came from Houston. Brad takes off (who is this guy?) and I make small chit-chat, Greg goes into his office. Another employee, Wes, walks in and notices that Greg is in his office and decides not to work but play with one of his many bikes. I get done what is needed and start to leave at 9:15PM. Greg is out chatting with Wes, I jump in for a while and am glad that Wes is engaged, so I say "See you tomorrow" while they keep chatting. I drive away. Almost make it to Geneva Road, but then see Tommy (the machine man) turn onto the side road and hail him. He says he quit his other job and I say that Gregor is back. Tom says that he needs to talk to Greg about working more. I know that I need to talk with Greg about working less. So I turn around, get back and Tom talks with Greg while I'm just kinda lingering around. And then... Greg asks me what my plans are - so I say that by the end of November I'm done. "Wow, that's soon!" exclaims Greg and I agree, six or seven weeks. So, the beautiful thing about it is that I've been taking over some of Tom's responsibilities and now he can just take them back. I still care about the company, but now I'm not in as deep and can just kinda ease my way out. It seems that everyone is a sort of winner and that I will be leaving on a positive. Yippee!!
